There’s news on the Aliens: Colonial Marines front. There is an official site and teaser now up. over at
Aliens: Colonial Marines If you check out the teaser, you can definitely hear a taste of the music I’ve been
creating for the Sega/Gearbox title.
I love, love, love the Alien and Aliens, and hope the music is done right for the material. Hopefully it’s as good, or better than James Horner’s Aliens soundtrack. Not only fans of games will be wanting to see this game, but fans of the Alien films will be looking forward to it as well, and I’m positive we’ll all be anticipating something true to it’s source. You should do the type of music you’re used to (because you did amazing work on Gears of War), but use all the same instruments Horner used for Aliens, ha ha. No, it’s just I want this to be perfect… I know you can do it. You should do your own twist to Bishop’s Countdown.
